The acquisition complies with the Law on Public Procurement Concessions (1397/2016) and the Subscriber Liability Act (1233/206). In addition, the law on public access to the activities of authorities (621/1999) applies.
The acquisition decision itself is not yet an agreement between subscriber and supplier, but a contract
arises only after the acquisition decision has received the force of law and a separate contract is written on the acquisition.
