Ringerike Municipality is posting 15 winter areas for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons. There are also some areas for which the Contracting Authority would like prices for simple summer work.

Tenderers may give prices for one or more areas. The scope of each individual area is under the individual lot. The contracting authority proposes a pricing model where the tenderer provides a fixed price for the months of December, January and February. While the months of November, March and April are run on an hourly basis.

Tenderers must offer summer operations for the area in question. The areas that will require summer operations are Areas 20, 32 , 33 ,37, 38 and 40.
Summer maintenance includes scraping gravel roads, edge cutting, replacing culverts, patching roads, ditching, sweeping, removing edge vegetation and simple felling/thinning.
In order to provide an hourly price for summer operations, it is a prerequisite that the Tenderer states which area(s) is (are) priced and that the Tenderer has the capacity and prioritises the Contracting Authority's enquiries. The Contracting Authority needs to cover all 6 of these Areas with one contractor who is available for work during the summer for each area. The work will be performed based on time spent.
