Description:
Kępińska Grupa Purchasing. Supply of electricity in the period from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 to 858 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 8 346.58 MWh, of which:

1) to premises and facilities (part 1 of the contract) - 6 323.06 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference;

2) for the purpose of road lighting (part 2 of the contract) - 2,023.52 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the Terms of Reference.

The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the contracting parties (recipients), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the contract.


Supply of electricity to premises and facilities

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 415 pcs.

2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1a to the ToR.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period (+/- 10%) 6 323.06 MWh, of which:

Zone I 3 185.09 MWh

Zone II 2 337.47 MWh

Zone III 800.50 MWh

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

3. Measuring systems with tariff group B are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.

4. Deliveries will take place from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020, with the proviso that details regarding delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the ToR, column "Delivery period ".

5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

Quality standards: The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93 , item 623, as amended). The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6.3.2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended).


Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 443 pcs.

2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1b to the ToR.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the duration of the contract (+/- 10%) 2 023.52 MWh, of which:

Zone I 617.50 MWh

Zone II 1 406.02 MWh

Zone III 0.00 MWh

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
