in Ostrów Mazowiecka (comprehensive service within the meaning of Article 3(30) of the Energy Law). The subject of the contract should be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022. 1385 i.e.) and executive acts issued on its basis. The Contractor will supply electricity in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service specified in the implementing acts to the Energy Law.
