Partial renovation of the building 30.45 Inorganic Chemistry on the site KIT Campus South. The refurbishment amounts to 3 construction phases divided into individual construction phases. Total construction time is about 6 years.

- Construction of busbar systems over the building height. Overall length approx. 130 m, approx. 75 tap cases,

- Construction of a central battery system with 7 substations, 430 emergency lights, 170 pictograms,

- Construction of a busbar system in intermediate ceiling areas for the supply of laboratory modules, length approx. 560 m divided into several floors, approx. 280 tap-off units,

- Construction of new floor distributors, approx. 55 St. Stand distributors,

- partial renewal of the lighting system in several storeys, approx. 500 surface-mounted luminaires in LED, light strip system of different lengths in LED, total length 400 m,

- Construction of a cable network with approx. 90 000 m NYM-J cables of different cross-sections,

- Extension of the data network, 4x stand distributor, fiber optic cable 1 100 m data cable with 33 000 m, 720 data ports, 1 100 m fiber optic cable,

- adaptation / expansion of cable support systems with approx. 2 500 m cable channels of various sizes,

- Rebuilding of a fire alarm system with approx. 1 200 detectors, 500 socket sounders,
