Fraport AG intends to renovate the office building 201 (part of Terminal 1) from the year of construction 1972.

In addition to the formation of firefighting sections (BBAs) and usage units, the refurbishment includes the complete replacement of the building technology of all plant groups as well as the replacement of the façade. The construction project will be carried out in 2 construction phases. The subject of the award procedure is the insulation / fire insulation on cable routes, current-carrying systems, pipelines and ventilation ducts in levels EU2 to E08 for the 2nd construction phase east.
