The Ministry of Defence, hereafter called FD or the contracting authority, extends an invitation to a tender contest for assistance with security guard services at FD's office premises. These comprise the Norwegian Defence's management buildings: Glacisgata 1 and Myntgata 1, hereafter called FLB, as well as Langkaia 1. Changes may occur.

FD needs assistance with security guard services at FD's office premises, cf. point 1.1. The work will mainly consist of staff for the goods reception centre in FLB and accompanied security guard services. There can also be a need to assist the security guard service in FD if there are vacancies or for extraordinary security guard assignments. The scope for security guard services will vary at times. Based on experience, the average number of security guard hours is estimated to be a approx. 60 hours a week. The number of necessary and adequately qualified security guards required for the drafted security guard assistance need is 8-10.
