The Ordering Party reserves the right to indicate additional oil collection points as part of this order, as well as for the delivery of oil only to selected collection points. 1.3. Deliveries will be made: - with settlement at a reference temperature of 15 ° C, - successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party within 4 days from the date of notification (order by phone, fax or e-mail), - in total to all outlets that report a demand for the supply of heating oil (it is assumed that once during one delivery the oil tanks in these buildings will be replenished to the maximum level). Each batch of oil supplied should have a quality certificate (or other equivalent document) issued by the manufacturer, specifying the quality of the product. 1.4. The Ordering Party has the right to change the scope of the order and purchase heating oil in an amount other than the estimated 270,000 liters, without the need to change the contract, within the following limits: a) it is assumed that the ordered amount of heating diesel fuel may be reduced, but not more than 70% of the amount estimated to be purchased, b) it is assumed that the ordered amount of heating diesel fuel may be increased by no more than 10% of the amount estimated to be purchased.
