As part of this contract, the works are carried out on the road area managed by the Luxembourg Roads Department and have as their primary objective the repair of degraded pavements.
The works include:
- site preparation: preliminary coring, deviation and information signage,
- prior localized repairs and preparatory work,
- renewal of coatings - site area: 150 m 2 ,
- renewal of coatings - site area: 2,500 m
- renewal of coatings - site area: S> 7,500 m
- surface treatments - site area: S> 10,000 m
- markings,
- work under control and various,
- evacuation of any specific waste (following the AGW land),
- evacuation of conventional waste,
- maintenance of the work during the warranty period.
Given the diversity of the work envisaged, the bill of quantities must be considered as a schedule whose unit prices must be fixed by the tenderers except for certain global items whose amount is fixed by the administration, such as for example the reserved sums.
