1.The subject of the contract is the delivery of 22 pieces of computer sets. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. Where the procurement documents would indicate for certain materials

or equipment trademarks, patents or origin – the Ordering Party, in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law, allows the offering of equivalent materials or devices. 3.Whenever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it allows solutions equivalent to those described.

1.The subject of the contract is the delivery of 22 pieces of computer sets. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. The use of the delivered Equipment by the Ordering Party shall not constitute an infringement of the copyrights of third parties, in particular, the Ordering Party may not be offered Hardware and software that is registered in the manufacturers' databases as intended for sale or sold to another end customer. 3. The equipment offered on the date of signature of the partial acceptance/final acceptance report shall not be intended by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale. 4. The Contractor declares that the Equipment comes from an authorized sales channel within the European Union. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the above requirement with the representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution. 5. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) delivery of the Equipment being the subject of the contract:

a) to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the city of Lublin,

b) on their own and at their own expense,

c) during the office hours of the Contracting Entity, i.e. from 7.30 to 15.30 on working days;

6. The Contractor should attach to the bid (in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature) the means of proof listed in Chapter XI, paragraph 5 of the SWZ
