The city of Laatzen intends the turnkey construction of a primary school in the district of Ingeln-Oesselse as a replacement for the existing primary school. The existing building must first be demolished. In this procurement procedure, a general contractor (JV) is to be commissioned with all necessary construction work (including demolition).
The new school concept provides for an open all-day school for the redesign of the primary school Ingeln-Oesselse, whereby new rooms are also created that are not yet available at the school. With the new school building, e.g. library, music room, workroom, teaching kitchen and differentiation rooms are created. A break hall with adjoining canteen (serving kitchen) is planned in the southern area of the development, where the schoolyard area is also located.
The new building in a 2-storey construction will be connected to the existing, remaining structure of the auditorium and sports hall wing. Even during demolition, temporary security measures must be taken along the edge of the demolition to seal the building.
Department 6 Construction and Facility Management, Team 65 Building Construction of the City of Laatzen has commissioned a general planner (GP) to provide the architectural and engineering services required for the implementation of the project. The GP has developed a functional service description (FLB) at the level of a "tender planning" with key details. On this basis, the construction project is to be implemented by a general contractor (GC), who has to provide all construction services in addition to the still required (execution) planning services.
