1) The subject of the contract is successive supply of reagents and radioisotope materials.
The subject of the order has been divided into 7 Packages:
Package 1 - Molybdenum-technetium generators;
Package 2 – 18F-FDG radiopharmaceutical for PET-CT testing;
Package 3 – Radiopharmaceutical 18F-choline for PET-CT tests;
Package 4 – Isotopic reagents: human albumim nanoparticles (500micrograms);
Package 5 — Isotope reagents — Radiopharmaceuticals kits;
Package 6 – RSO isotope preparations;
Package 7 – Nal capsules for diagnosis and therapy of thyroid diseases.
A detailed description, requirements for the subject of the contract regarding individual assortment items, estimated quantities are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Assortment and price form, which after completion by the Contractor will constitute an inseparable part of the offer and contract, in the case of selecting a given offer as the most advantageous. for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
