The purpose of the contract shall be the performance by the successful tenderer of all the services and supplies of equipment necessary for the preventive maintenance and control of the technical installations of the Brussels European School 3, hereinafter referred to as the 'school:

- central heating installations,

- ventilation systems,

- split type air conditioning installations,

- water treatment facilities,

- domestic hot water installations,

- city water supply installations,

- HVAC electrical installations,

- security installations related to HVAC (fire damper, ...) of the European School in Ixelles, with the exception of gas, fire and intrusion detection systems.
