Execution in the "design and build" formula of the task entitled: "Development of the western industrial zone in Piła, including the Piła-Airport industrial park", which consists of:
1) Reconstruction of the section of Wojska Polskiego Avenue (voivodeship road No. 179) into a roundabout intersection, including the collective road under construction along the airport;
2) Construction of a collection road along the airport length of 1,963 km;
3) Construction of a water supply network with a length of 1.97 km;
4) Construction of a sanitary sewage system with a length of 2.74 km (including: pressure sewage system 1.6 km long, gravity sewage system 1.14 km long) along the planned collective road
in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) constituting together with other documents Annex 11 to the SWZ,
in the following scope: execution of construction, executive, technical and industry projects that result from the PFU, bills of quantities, calculations of costs necessary to prepare documents for individual fixed assets, execution of missing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (additional, which were not developed at the PFU stage) along with the execution of construction works.
As part of the development of project documentation, the Contractor's obligations include:
a) obtaining all necessary, necessary technical conditions (other than those obtained at the PFU stage), opinions, arrangements, permits required by specific regulations (e.g. decisions on environmental conditions, etc.),
b) obtaining final decisions for the implementation of a road investment for the designed collective road together with the technological channel, lighting, pedestrian and bicycle route and for the planned reconstruction of the section of Wojska Polskiego Avenue to a roundabout intersection (for which the Ordering Party has a construction project requiring updating), as well as the construction of sanitary and water supply sewage along the collective road,
c) exercising author's supervision throughout the entire period of performance of the contract.
As part of the execution of construction works, the Contractor's obligations include:
a) execution of construction works in accordance with and on the basis of completed projects, obtained permits, in accordance with the requirements of the PFU,
b) development of complete as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built inventory,
c) obtaining a decision on the permit to use the facilities or obtaining a certificate of acceptance by the building supervision authority of notifications on the completion of construction works, if required.

3. In the context of the execution of construction works, the contractor's obligations shall include:

4. The scope of construction works includes the execution of: roadway, pedestrian and bicycle route, sidewalks, lighting, technological channel, drainage, sanitary sewage and water supply network, construction of the intersection on Al. Wojska Polskiego along with the solution of the collision of the existing technical infrastructure with the designed roundabout.
5. The detailed material scope of works and the requirements of the contracting authority in relation to the subject of the contract are specified in the Functional and Utility Program, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, arrangements issued, opinions and other documents made available, which constitute Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
