Delivery

For the touchscreens, the delivery consists of:

a) touchscreens including ready-to-use delivery.

Most of the touchscreens to be supplied must be mounted on existing suspension and support systems. The current suspension and support systems are therefore reused. Any spaces in which there is not yet a suspension and support system will be purchased by the Contracting Authority in consultation with the Tenderer.

Delivery (optional)

The Tenderer supplies the following optional supplies for the touchscreens:

a) OPS;

b) suspension and carrying system:

1. mobile;

2. floor;

3. wall;

b) camera.

Pay attention:

1. In Annex X Minimum configuration, the Tenderer will find the minimum specifications with which the touchscreens and suspension and support systems must at least comply;

2. all optional deliveries are offered including ready-to-use delivery.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer for the phased delivery and services regarding touchscreens during an initial period of five (5) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of one (1) times two (2) years.
