Provision of up to 8 temporary employees (primarily helpers and specialist helpers) for seasonal needs in green and open space maintenance.
The construction depot of the city of Erkelenz requires up to 8 workers per year (primarily helpers and specialist helpers) with a working volume of approximately 6,000 annual hours of work for the period from April 1st, 2022 to March 31st, 2024 to meet seasonal needs. The focus of the application is the execution of light work in the context of green and open space maintenance.
Trained gardeners, preferably those specializing in horticulture and landscaping, are only needed in exceptional cases to cover special staffing requirements. These must also be made available for shorter operating times at the client's request.

General activities in the context of green space maintenance in green areas and on paths and squares throughout the city that only require instruction; bed care, weed removal, leaf removal, cleaning of playgrounds and green areas, removal and disposal of waste.
According to the client, the classification of these employees corresponds to grade 1 of the temporary work collective agreement BAP/DGB dated 18.12.2019 or comparable collective agreements.
Specialist helpers without subject-specific qualifications:
As above, including activities that require a learning period or that require subject-related professional experience or subject-specific knowledge (plantings; working with walk-behind mowers, for example)
According to the client, the classification of these employees corresponds to grade 2a of the temporary work collective agreement BAP/DGB dated 18.12.2019 or comparable collective agreements.
Specialist helpers with subject-specific qualifications:
As above, including activities that require specialist qualification (chainsaw, brush cutter, etc.).

Landscapers:
Independent implementation of professional maintenance in urban green and outdoor areas, tree care work including cutting down trees and clearing rootstocks.
