Replacement of street and park lighting in the city of Dęblin as part of the project under the name

"Improvement of air quality through modernization and construction of energy-efficient street lighting in the city of Dęblin"

The subject of the order is the replacement of street and park lighting in the City of Dęblin as part of the project called "Improvement of air quality through modernization and construction of energy-efficient street lighting in the City of Deblin".

1) The scope of works divided into tasks includes in particular:

a) Disassembly of 1 812 pieces of existing lighting fittings and 1 036 pcs of booms with cabling and security.

b) Delivery of luminaires compliant with the submitted offer, in the place of carrying out installation works in the amount of 1 815 pieces, including 1 583 pieces of street luminaires, 35 pieces of decorative street luminaires and 197 pieces of decorative park luminaires. At the same time, the programming level of the power supply in the cycle

24 h of the supplied luminaire, should take into account both the requirements of street lighting standard PN-EN 13201: 2016, as well as the requirements set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93 / 2007, item 623, as amended).

c) Implementation and reconciliation of the technical design according to the technical conditions issued by PGE Dystrybucja SA Lublin Branch, ie the Distribution System Operator, hereinafter referred to as the DSO and conclusion of the contract with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting.

d) Installation of the supplied outdoor lighting fittings on brackets and poles in accordance with the specifications (tables, table and map), in the amount of 1 815 pcs.

e) Installation of power cables (frame - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead poles in the amount of 913 pieces and approx. 10 m per set for cable line posts in the amount of 195 pcs.

f) Security assembly for luminaires on an overhead line in the amount of 913 pcs. and for a cable line a set of cable connectors in the amount of 195 pcs with a fuse link 4A.

g) Replacement of AL / Cu current terminals for luminaires on overhead lines in the amount of 913 pcs. When connecting on a non-insulated line, use a terminal adapted for mounting on uninsulated lines, with the connector on the insulated terminal, suitable for mounting on insulated line.

h) Supply and installation of 62 lighting cabinets equipped with lighting control clocks with the possibility of remote access to lighting fittings and their group remote programming, reactive power compensation system to the value specified in the connection conditions, overvoltage protections (B + C), main protection and peripheral and switching devices.

i) Extraction of cabinets with measuring systems outside the area of transformer stations in the amount of 14 pcs.

j) Replacement of galvanized one-arm booms for retrofit luminaires with geometrical parameters resulting from photometric calculations, in the amount of 1 027 pcs.

k) Performing measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shock for installed devices in protection class I.

l) Performing measurements of earthing resistance and insulation of wires and cables.

m) Performing measurements of illuminance for the sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Employer,

And in the event that any of the measurements of illuminance does not confirm the levels from the submitted offer, carry out 100% control of the intensity of the modernized lighting covered by the project, at the cost of the Contractor

- within no more than 21 days.

n) Performing measurements of installed power and cos (φ) for all modernized lighting circuits.

o) Checking the continuity of the wires of the power cables.

p) Execution of as-built documentation along with geoinformatic inventory of GIS elements of the lighting system.

g) Development and supply of the area of works.
