- the receipt and development of solid municipal waste directly from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Barcin,

- the operation on the territory of the Municipality of Barcin stationary Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, or in the absence of its establishment and conduct,

- the development of municipal waste accumulated at the stationary Selective Communal Waste Collections Point,

- collection and management of segregated waste accumulated in four Nexus 360 containers: two containers designed for the collection of metals and plastics and two containers for the collection of glass, set up in the Liberty Park in Bartin,

- collection and management of municipal waste in the form of small electrowaste accumulated in the MPE type container, which is set in front of the Municipal Office in Barcin, 9 Artilerists Street,

- receipt and development of expired medicines accumulated in specialized containers located in the area of pharmacies located in Barcin Municipality and in the building of the health centre located in Barcin and in Piechcin,

- collection and management of municipal waste in the form of spent batteries accumulated in specialized containers,

- equipment with specialised containers intended for the collection of municipal waste, additional sites which will be established during the application of this Agreement and the export and development of such waste.
