The UMCG intends to have 6 temporary ORs realized for the renovation of the current ORs on the 1st and 3rd floor of the operation complex. With these temporary ORs, space is obtained with which the current ORs can be unlocked, so that they can be renovated. Based on the planning of the Master Plan UB35, the temporary ORs will have to serve for 8 years with a possible extension of up to 10 years. The UMCG wants to commission the development, realization, maintenance and renovation from one market party and pay a periodic rent for this. Various requirements and preconditions have been drawn up for this process, which are included in the Demand Specification. The deadline for commissioning by the user is 31 March 2025. The necessary validation and relocation must therefore have taken place before this date.
