The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in 2023 in the total amount of PLN 11,815,000, intended to finance the deficit of the municipal budget in 2023 and to repay previously incurred liabilities due to loans and credits. 1. Planned loan period – from the date of signing the contract until December 20, 2033. 2. Currency – PLN 3. Grace period for loan repayment – repayment of loan installments from January 20, 2024 – to December 20, 2033 4. Repayment of principal monthly, interest monthly. 5. Interest rate on the loan: WIBOR 3M interest rate for three-month deposits increased by a bank margin taking into account all additional bank costs incurred by the ordering party. The bank's margin is fixed during the contractual loan period. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for any fees or commissions to be charged by the contractor for granting the loan. 7. The Ordering Party shall not incur additional fees for certificates and other documents issued by the Bank necessary for the Ordering Party to keep accounting records and determine the amounts of financial liabilities. 8. Loan security: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. 9. The agreement and the blank promissory note together with the bill of exchange declaration will be countersigned by the Treasurer of the Municipality or an authorized person.
