The city of Pinneberg is planning the construction of a new school building for the Thesdorf elementary school in Pinneberg. Part of the existing building along Pestalozzistraße is to be replaced by the new building.

The new building is divided into a 3-storey (1st floor) and 2-storey (2nd floor) section with an entrance area in between. The 2-storey canteen will have a circumferential gallery. Sustainable building planning is based on the motto "school has a role model function", which is why sustainable materials are also used and the flat roofs are greened.

The service includes all work on exterior windows including external venetian blind systems as well as exterior doors in the façade area for the 2nd construction phase. The aluminium window elements are designed in various divisions within a reinforced concrete outer wall, which is core-insulated and constructed with facing masonry. In the area around the windows, chamfers made of facing masonry are made within the clinker level, which are led up to the windows. In accordance with the EnEV, the windows are fitted with solar control glazing plus external venetian blinds on all sides of the façade (except in the north). The exterior doors encompass the jew. Transition from inside to outside as well as the transition area in the foyer (central wing, on-site 1st construction phase).

The tender is carried out by the central registration office of the Pinneberg district on behalf of the city of Pinneberg. This becomes a contractual partner.
