1. Service of the manufacturer's system software (SWMA))The Contractor is obliged to provide, as part of the subject of the contract, the service of the manufacturer's system software (software maintenance) installed on the IBM Power E980 model 9080-M9S server and the HMC 7063-CR1 SN: 130R1PA console.
2. The Contractor is obliged to provide the manufacturer's service of all hardware maintenance of the above-mentioned server as part of the subject of the contract. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will perform the work of the system administrator for the Contracting Authority. In the event of failure of the disks included in the infrastructure from the subject of the order, it is required that the damaged disks remain with the Ordering Party. Any fees associated with renewing your software or service subscription (if any) should be included in the price.
The intention of the contracting authority is to maintain the continuity of support for the owned and operated systems by purchasing support for the following years. In the event that in the suppliers' databases the initial dates of support are later than those provided by the Ordering Party, support should be provided from the date existing in their databases while maintaining the number of days required in the order (i.e. extending the end date of support accordingly). The Ordering Party has made every effort to ensure that the dates correspond to the actual dates, if the date is earlier, we expect to equalize the support to those given in the SWZ in the price of the order.
