Construction work: Earthworks Special deep work (excavation pit).

Construction of a senior home, consisting of a residential building, Hauptstr. 42-50 and a nursing home, behind the tail 1, in 65760 Eschborn. The buildings are being built in solid construction (reinforced concrete and masonry) with clinker facade.

One-storey underground parking is completely under both parts of the building (residential house and nursing home) and parts of the grounds.

The residential building has a three-storey part (ground floor 2nd floor) with a flat roof and a four-storey part (ED-DG) with a pitched roof.

The nursing home is three-storey and has a flat roof.

The access to the construction site is via the public roads Behind the corner and over the main road.

Special civil engineering / earthwork:

Construction of an excavation with a bottom surface / surface area of approx. 3 400 m 2 with an average depth of approx. 5 meters (circumference about 270 m).

Construction of a 2-meter-high, opaque, storm-proof and over-secure construction fence on a stretch of approx. 100 m as well as the later conversion of this fence to the excavation pit.

Producing a Bohrträgerverbaus, partially with Kopfböschung, with approx. 700 climbing meters bore. Carrier foot made of hydraulically binding material. Drill carrier (up to 2 x U300) with a total mass of approx. 45 tons. Planned is a timber infill with a total area of approx. 1 000 m 2 that needs to be completely dismantled. For this purpose, about 10% of the drill supports must be pulled again after completion of the basement shell.

Securing the construction pit over approx. 90 pieces, predominantly (> 50%) dismantling, temporary anchors with a total length of approx. 950 m.

Disposal cuttings (about 200 m 3 ) as well as excavation and disposal (qualified - partial classifications of> Z2 are expected) of approx. 18,000 m 3 wt. Soil (quart. Schluffe) and anthropogenic fillings.

Delivery, installation and qualified compaction of a 1 m thick, full-surface, profiled, natural gravel pad of grain size 0/45.
