1. The object of the order is the factory delivery of a new compactor with blend, year 2021, with a guarantee of min. 24 mies.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide a complete machine on compaction wheels with a mounted blade for passing waste.

3. The object of the order must be delivered to the office of the Ordering Party at St. John Paul II 10 in Bytom.

4. Delivery date according to the Contractor's offer, but not more than 120 days from the date of signing the contract.
