Functional-utility assumptions:
The aim of the action is to design on the basis of the concept presented and create a room for the needs of the Environmental Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents.
The design concept includes remodeling of the surface according to the needs of the investor — redevelopment involves the construction of new partitions creating a new functional layout according to the requirements of the future user.
On the surface in question will be created cabinets of psychologists for individual and group work. Hygiene-sanitary facilities were also planned. When rebuilt, the net usable area (without partitions) will be 284.9 m
The rooms on the ground floor are fully accessible for the disabled: an adapted lift from all levels of the building, suitable and in accordance with the technical conditions of the width of the doors and transport strings. Inside, there are no thresholds or degrees. There is also a toilet on the floor in question that meets the requirements of the disabled toilet.
As part of the execution of the order, the necessary design documentation should be developed, in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements when receiving premises by the Authorities of the State Administration, including, among others, Sanepid.
The task is to be completed as comprehensive and complete, transmitted to the Contracting Authority, together with the necessary receipts to enable the operation of the turnkey studio without incurring additional costs by the Contracting Authority. The task does not include movable equipment in addition to furniture for the development.
