The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-award framework agreement for the performance of the following services:

"Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Repair Service with Purchase Orders" on the real estate portfolio described in Appendix 1 of the SCC on behalf of ESH Vallogis.

The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to supply and install various locksmith and metalworking materials as replacements or repairs as defined in Schedule 1 of the CCTP.

Lot 3 Heritage of the agency of Saint-Jean-de-Braye (2,401 dwellings).

Lot 4 Heritage agency Montargis (2,110 homes).

Lot 5 Heritage agency Châlette-sur-Loing (2,127 homes).

Lot 6 Heritage agency Amilly (2,167 dwellings).

Lot 7 Heritage agency Nogent-sur-Vernisson (1,657 homes).

Lot 8 Heritage of the Sully-sur-Loire agency (1,509 housing units).

Lot 9 Heritage agency Tours (574 homes).
