Fortis Living is seeking to identify 1 suitable supplier, who has the appropriate skills, equipment, track-record and management capability to deliver and manage a window cleaning programme across our full area (throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire) throughout the next 5 years. No subcontracting nor location selection will be permitted. Across our full area we have, currently, 229 blocks requiring cleaning, some of these require more or less action.

You must be able to clean external glazing (in the main) from the outside of all buildings, these vary from 2 storeys up to 12 storey high-rise blocks. These 12 storey blocks and your experience of delivering similar will be critical factors throughout the decision making process.
