The building is a three-storeys above-ground and one underground structure. It will be divided into zones: public, limited access, specially protected and unavailable.2. Scope of construction works in the scope of SR and PRw Przysusze:1) Preparation of the construction site with the connection of utilities for the duration of construction; 2) Landscaping, including between others:a) walking roads — roadways with parking and landform, (b) networks and connections (in accordance with technical conditions) :water supply, sanitary sewer, rainwater drainage, gas including reduction-measuring point, electricity, terrain lighting, telephone, fiber connection to the building of the Court terminated with a switch in the GPD, according to the technical conditions obtained by the Contractor of Works, electricity supply of the construction site, power supply of the construction site in the water) plant robe device, d) fence of the site, e) elements of small architecture, f) flagpole; 3) Construction of SR building in Przysusze, including sanitary installations: a) water — sewerage system: installation of water for domestic and social purposes, installation of sanitary sewer, installation of rainwater drains, b) gas, (c) central heating and supply of ventilation heaters together with gas boiler house, d) mechanical ventilation and air conditioning of premises, (e) gas extinguishing; 4) Construction of the SR building in Przysusze, including electrical and teletechnical installations: (a) internal electrical, b) internal and outdoor lighting, c) emergency evacuation lighting system, d) protection system, SAP (system fire alarm), (e) integrated access control system, f) integrated SWIN system (intrusion and seizure detection), g) facility monitoring system (CCTV), h) ICT network, i) installation of the system for video conferencing, j) installation of SWOR system (assisting dissertation organization), e-vocanda together with additional monitors displaying information useful for parties, k) backup power installation, UPS power system, l) RTV installation, m) video-phone installation, n) RCP system (working time registration); 5) Reconstruction of the colliding with the new investment of technical infrastructure, if it is necessary; 6) Equipment of archival rooms with sliding and stationary racks; 7) Installation of equipment for scanning luggage and gates for metal detection and deposit box; 8) First equipment according to executive design:stationary and sliding racks in archives and warehouses, armoured cabinets of class A and class C in the secret office, furniture in three hearing rooms; toilet sets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, paper feeders, soap feeders, 9) Construction of a PR building in Przysusze, including sanitary installations: a) water and sewage system: installation of water for domestic and social purposes Installation sanitary plumbing, rainwater drainage system, (b) gas, (c) central heating and supply of ventilation heaters together with a gas boiler room, d) mechanical ventilation and air conditioning of premises, e) gas extinguishing; 10) Construction of a PR building in Przysusze, including electrical installations and teletechnical:( a) internal electrical, b) indoor and outdoor lighting, (c) emergency evacuation lighting system, d) fire protection system, SAP (fire alarm system), e) integrated access control system, f) integrated SSWIN system (intrusion and seizure signalling system), g) facility monitoring system (CCTV), h) ICT network, i) backup power installation, UPS power system, j) RTV installation, k) video door phone installation; 11) Reconstruction of the colliding with new investment of technical infrastructure, if necessary; 12) Equipment of premises archival in sliding and stationary racks; 13) First equipment according to executive design:bookcases in archives and warehouses, vertical blinds, class A armored cabinets, toilet sets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, paper feeders, soap feeders, trash cans, visual information system, benches.
