Supplying, installing and delivering the AV resources ready to use, including necessary - standardized - software. AV resources include touchscreens, televisions and cameras, and the supplier also provides the preventive maintenance of the current and to be purchased AV resources and ensures follow-up in the event of malfunctions.

Supplier has an advisory function with regard to AV resources to be applied, in the broadest sense and provides various training courses for, among other things, the users of the AV resources and the information management and ICT service (hereinafter Service I&I).

The size of the assignment is estimated to be approximately €75,000, - including VAT per year in the first two calendar years. The size is expected to decrease in the last two years. No rights can be derived from this amount.
