The subject of the Agreement is to ensure the continued functioning of RIT, i.e. to provide the Regional ICT Network Maintenance Service after June 30, 2023.

RIT operates on the basis of the RIT Ordering Infrastructure. The infrastructure of the Ordering Party RIT is the ICT infrastructure, a set of devices and applications and all other elements acquired by the Contracting Authority during the implementation of the Digital School of Wielkopolsk@2020 project. The infrastructure of the Ordering Party RIT does not include RIT Maintenance Services, i.e. any collocation, data transmission, providing access to the Internet, any other services necessary for the functioning of RIT, even if the Ordering Party used them as at the date of signing the Agreement.

Maintenance of RIT includes the provision of services to ensure the maintenance of all functionalities and parameters of RIT and full use of the RIT Customer's Infrastructure, including:

Provision of Colocation for the Infrastructure of the Ordering Party RIT

Ensuring data transmission

Provision of data link maintenance

The infrastructure of the Ordering Party RIT is located in the places indicated in the OPZ.
