The contracting authority shall establish a new framework agreement for school books, teaching aids for primary and secondary schools, fiction, educational concretising material and non fiction for other sectors at the contracting authority, hereafter called teaching aids and non fiction.

If any of the participants in the Procurement Collaboration separates parts of their operation to separate legal subjects during the contract period (e.g. limited company, foundation etc.), they shall have an option to join the contract within a reasonable time on the original terms. Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.
