The purpose of this contract is to provide ERAFP with an asset-liability management tool in SaaS mode.

The Publisher of the selected ALM tool will be the holder of the Contract (the Holder).

The Account Holder will be the sole interlocutor of the ERAFP during the execution of the Contract, including on the hosting and outsourcing services which will be his sole responsibility. The provision of the tool, its corrective maintenance, its evolutionary maintenance (updates) and the security of the hosted data are therefore the responsibility of the publisher of the tool.
