Environmental Law Applications for Plan Software, Rule Management and Permit, Supervision and Enforcement (VTH)

The subject of the tender is the purchase, implementation (including migration), maintenance and management of software in the form of a total solution, the ICT performance, which consists of three applications:

- Plan software (PS) application,

- Rule management (RB) application,

- License Supervision and Enforcement (VTH) application.

The ICT performance must in any case fit within the rules of the Environmental Act, which is expected to be introduced in mid-2021. A connection to the DSO will have to be realized.
