The area underlying the tender documents is located between the streets Albert-Schweitzer-Straße, Fabrikstraße, August-Conrad-Straße and Berliner Straße in 16761 Hennigsdorf. The layout design refers to the building with 3 new apartments and a parking deck. To the north it is bounded by a five-storey block of flats. This north side has a courtyard, whose renewal is also part of this tender.

The designation of the individual subareas within the overall measure comes from the design and approval planning and is simply maintained in the framework of the tender and construction. An outline plan for explanation is included in the tender document. Since funds have been requested and approved for the implementation of the measures, the allocation must also be maintained for the purposes of billing.

Demolition of old slabs and paving paths, concrete floors and equipment (eg benches, waste containers, pole lights).
