General contractor services for the construction of a residential complex as a micro-apartment building with approx. 89 apartments, 1 commercial unit as well as outdoor facilities with the integration of an existing workshop building as a bicycle storage room. All planning services according to HOAI LPH 2-5, partly LPH 8 and all construction services are turnkey and ready for operation, including all building services services, interior fittings and outdoor facilities.

All construction and planning services:

- LPH 2-8 for performance profile buildings according to § 34 HOAI

- LPH 2-8 for performance profile outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI

- LPH 2-8 for TGA service profile according to § 55 HOAI

- LPH 2-8 for structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI

are to be provided by the general contractor.
