BWI and its sister companies Bundeswehr Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BwBM") and HIL Heeresinstandsetzungslogistik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "HIL") each intend to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of leasing services for the use of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, including services and motor vehicle insurance, to one economic operator each by way of a negotiated procedure with competitive bidding pursuant to Section 14 (3) No. 3 VgV with an estimated contract value up to EUR 42,526,885.00 (net) (ceiling EUR 63,790,328.00) for Lot 1, EUR 15,575,608.90 (net) (ceiling EUR 23,363,413.36) for Lot 2 and EUR 2,203,200.00 (net) (ceiling EUR 3,304,800.00) for Lot 3.

BWI GmbH intends to award a framework agreement for the provision of leasing services for the use of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, including services and motor vehicle insurance, to one economic operator at a time by way of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition pursuant to Section 14 (3) No. 3 VgV with an estimated contract value of up to EUR 42,526,885.00 (net) (upper limit EUR 63,790,328.00) for the lot. The framework agreement is concluded for a basic term of two years and with two optional contract extensions of 12 months each.

HIL Heeresinstandsetzungslogistik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "HIL") intends to award a framework agreement for the provision of leasing services for the use of passenger cars including services and motor vehicle insurance to one economic operator at a time by way of a negotiated procedure with a competitive bid pursuant to Section 14 (3) No. 3 VgV with an estimated contract value of up to EUR 2,203,200.00 (net) (upper limit EUR 3,304,800.00) for Lot 3.
