The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the municipality and its organizational units in the years 2023 – 2025. The supplied energy should meet the quality parameters (Article 246 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law), which are defined as follows:

in particular:

- Distribution Network Operation and Operation Manual developed in accordance with Article 9g of the Energy Law;

- PN-EN 50160:2010 Supply voltage parameters in public distribution networks or equivalent;

- Polish Standard PN-IEC 60038 IEC standardized voltages or equivalent.

2.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the municipality and its organizational units in the years 2023 – 2025. The supplied energy should meet the quality parameters (Article 246 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law), which are defined as follows:

2.1.3 Polish Standard PN-IEC 60038 IEC standardized voltages or equivalent.

2.2 The purchase of electricity will be carried out for own needs during the period

from 1.05.2023 to 30.04.2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Act

of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended).

2.3 Orange Energia Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 160, 02-326 Warsaw, has so far supplied electricity to the needs of the municipality of Konstancin-Jeziorna and its organizational units until 30.04.2023.
