The present contract concerns:

- Lot 1: the periodic cleaning of administrative buildings of the municipality of Maasmechelen and the Lanaken-Maasmechelen police zone,

- Lot 2: cleaning the administrative buildings of the Maasmechelen OCMW and the rooms and common parts of the Heyvis residential care center, Rijksweg 106, 3630 Maasmechelen,

- lot 3: the window cleaning of a number of buildings of the municipality of Maasmechelen, OCMW Maasmechelen and police zone Lanaken-Maasmechelen.

The municipal administration acts as a purchasing center for the Lanaken-Maasmechelen police zone and for the Maasmechelen OCMW. The contract can be awarded per parcel or in combination of parcels. The board reserves the right not to award all plots.
