The aim of this procurement is to award contracts for the development, manufacture and supply of insulating glass panes for the compartment windows of the ETR 610 vehicles.

4 lots will be announced:

- Lot 1 – Insulating glass without laser perforation for large and small fixed windows (type 1 & 3)

- Lot 2 – Insulating glass with laser perforation for large and small fixed windows (type 1 & 3)

- Lot 3 – Insulating glass without laser perforation for emergency exit windows (type 2)

- Lot 4 – Insulating glass with laser perforation for emergency exit windows (type 2)

A total of 2 of the 4 lots will be awarded. Either with or without laser perforation per lot, depending on which implementation variant is prioritized from a technical point of view.
