The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Construction of connections and heat substations consisting in the reconstruction of the power supply system from the group heat substation at Smętka Street, i.e. execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of existing heat networks made in the traditional system with a heat network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in Olsztyn and construction of compact heat substations with assembly, from the Contractor's materials under the project entitled "Decarbonisation of the economy through improvement of the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of reconstruction of the network and heating nodes – stage III".

Appendix 3 – Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works
The scope of the order:
a) Construction and assembly works:
• dismantling and demolition works,
• earthworks,
• purchase, delivery and assembly of fittings, pipelines,
• land development and organization,
• construction of heating networks,
• construction of compact heat distribution centers, their assembly and commissioning,
• required pickups.
b) Preparation of geodetic inventory and as-built documentation.
In addition, the Contractor is obliged on its own and at its own expense
in particular, to:
• implementation of the BIOZ plan,
• occupation of land, including road lanes and payment of related fees,
• notifying property managers about the planned date of work,
• preparation of the area for construction along with its marking and cutting down trees intended for

• development of a traffic organization project and its implementation,
• securing the construction site against access by third parties,
• providing geodetic services for investments,
• solving the issue of water and electricity consumption,
• restoration of the area and surface to the previous state, confirmed by a protocol signed by
the manager or owner of the site
• delivery, assembly and commissioning of heat substations made on the basis of those attached to the SWZ
Projects
• execution of electrical installation for the needs of the node along with as-built measurements,
• development of operating instructions, technological diagrams of nodes and placing them in rooms
Nodes
• civil liability insurance to the extent specified in the draft contract (constituting
Annex 4 to the SWZ),
• submitting and accepting devices by the Office of Technical Inspection, if any,
• construction insurance against damage that may occur and against sudden, random events and
civil liability of works, construction equipment and equipment,
• removal of debris and other demolition materials, including waste disposal.
