Rennes Métropole is responsible for the prevention, collection and treatment of household and similar waste for its 462,580 municipalities (spread over 43 municipalities). As part of the objectives of the 2030 strategic waste plan, the choice has been made to strengthen support for the change of practices, particularly with regard to plants. Rennes Métropole therefore wishes to overhaul its offer in terms of support for the reduction of plants for users of the public service for the prevention and management of household and similar waste. This consultation therefore focuses on actions to support users in changing their behaviour in terms of the management of plants mainly from the garden (in connection with the end of collection in the intra-ring road sector and the end of the management of waste collection centres)
