Contracting entities provide a framework agreement for the provision of remote printing services with one vendor. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the provision of Remote Print Services and Distribution of Digital Post, including associated services. Remote printing is print that does not take place at Customer locations, and can be physical printing and digital hand-tering of shipments. The solution must thus enable the postal delivery of physical mail to the recipients' letterbox, etc., in accordance with the rules of the Postal Law (Law 2010-12-21 No 1536), and to handle digital mail in accordance with the rules of the Public Digital Post Act (Ordinance 2016-06-13 No 801 on Digital Post from Public Senders). The Framework Agreement may be used by the Group of the Ministry of Taxation.
