1. Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Mszana Municipality in the period from 1 January

2. Supplying residential property owners with LDPE bags for separate waste collection
and ash collection containers.
3. Organization, maintenance and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
4. Organizing, maintaining and operating the Municipal Hazardous Waste Collection Point.
5. In view of the subject-matter of the contract, the provisions of Article 100(1) of the
of the Public Procurement Law.
6. In accordance with Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Commission specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract the quality requirements
relating to the main elements constituting the subject-matter of the contract, which are:
- collection of waste,
- waste management.
7.1 Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ
performing all activities directly related to the provision of services, i.e. all drivers as well as
also the so-called manual workers involved in the performance of the contract.
7.2 Method of confirming that the Contractor has met the requirement of employment under a contract of employment or
Subcontractor of persons performing the activities indicated in point 2.1 during the performance of the contract and
Contracting Authority in the scope of control of the Contractor's compliance with the above requirements, as well as sanctions for
