The purpose of this tender procedure is to lawfully contract one (1) supplier for the provision of high-quality Hard Services services at market rates in accordance with the requirements of Stedin Group, as well as all associated services to support Stedin. Stedin wishes to lawfully contract a supplier for Hard Services services (B, E, W) for the locations of Stedin Group. Stedin explicitly sees this cooperation as a Partnership.

The object of the tender is the provision of Hard Services services, which is understood to mean all activities that aim to keep the locations within scope in good condition.

Tenderers are expected to carry out at least the following:

- Hard Services services at an excellent quality level at market rates;

- Act as a partner towards Stedin and in that role provide solicited and unsolicited advice with regard to costs, sustainability and possible improvements in the field of Hard Services;

- Be transparent, flexible and reliable in the execution, management and communication during the execution of the work;

- Unburden Stedin by efficiently and effectively setting up all administrative and financial actions related to Hard Services;

- Advising on products and services to be purchased and staying informed about innovations and developments in the market during the term of the agreement.

- Proactively advising and thinking along in order to create an optimal process regarding 'Hard Services' in accordance with the objectives in this tender;

- Implementing, maintaining and executing the services for Stedin including the required (work) processes, instruments and systems;

- Providing digital (management) reports for Stedin;
