Landesbetrieb Bau- und Liegenschaftsmanagement (BLSA) TB Halle has received the planning contract for the preparation of the Household Document Construction (HU-Bau).

Financing by the state of Saxony-Anhalt has been secured, and subsidies are not being used. The project is managed by the LB BLSA.

The client intends to award the services of the building planning according to § 34 HOAI and the services of the fire protection planning as a special service according to RLBau - Installation of the HU-Bau (LPH 2-4) for the refurbishment of the central school building.

The main school building was built in the years 1880 to 1884 in three stages. The school building of the state school Pforta is listed as part of the general population "Monastery Schulpforta" as an architectural monument in the list of monuments of the country.

The building should be comprehensively refurbished both structurally and energetically. The gross floor area is approx. 6,806 square meters; the effective area is about 3 883 sqm.

The total scope of services according to § 34 HOAI includes the work phases 2 to 4. An optional further commissioning of work phases 5 to 8 is planned. The project corresponds to the fee zone III.

In addition, it is planned to transfer the services of the fire protection planning LPH 2 to 5 as well as 8 as a special service to the commissioned planning office.

The respective service phases of the planning services are commissioned in stages in packages or individually, without any legal claim to further appointment. The subcontracting for single or multiple objects as well as single or multiple service phases is subject to the availability of investment funds, as well as positive decisions by the building owner on the planning draft, the HU-Bau and the continuation of the contractual relationship. The first stage includes the LPH 2 to 4 (until the preparation of HU-Bau) and is to be completed within 5 months after commissioning.
