Installation services of laboratory equipment. Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment. Pathology room construction work. The Trust is seeking to procure the provision of a managed service to provide reportable test results through the provision of laboratory equipment (such equipment to be maintained, serviced, and replaced by the contractor throughout the duration of the contract), all associated consumables and/or reagents, all necessary interfacing and software, all necessary enabling works and training for Trust staff to operate all laboratory equipment supplied under this

contract.

It is not envisaged that the contractor will provide staff to operate any laboratory equipment supplied under this contract or for diagnosis/reporting work for reportable tests. The employment and management of such staff will remain the responsibility of the Trust.
