Service Contract on Energy Cooperation

The object of the contract is the cooperation in the energy industry in the field of the procurement of electricity and natural gas, plus the associated consulting and services, as well as support in the tasks that the UKD has to fulfil as an energy supply company.

These include, in particular:

- Development and updating of the procurement strategy for electricity and natural gas;

- Operational handling of the procurement of electricity and natural gas;

- Operation of UKD's own balancing group (electricity);

- Implementation of market communication for the utility UKD for electricity and natural gas;

- Optimization and management of ancillary cost components;

- Reporting;

- Consulting in the energy industry.
