Public contract for the promotion of works whose object is: Construction or creation, within a new or renovated building, of acquisitive housing, and their sale at an agreed price

The soil is considered to be “polluted”: category 2 on the basis of application standards in urban industrial zones, category 3, category 4 and category 0 included in the inventory of soil condition

This call for projects aims at the construction or renovation of building(s) including so-called "conventioned" housing and possibly other free price assignments (housing, shops, etc.). The projects presented, reconciling exemplary architectural quality, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, must be part of a proactive approach to sustainable development and be located in neighbourhoods to which they can provide complementary functions likely to improve the quality of life and urban balance or constitute in themselves city districts. One of the objectives of this call for projects is to create a leverage effect on the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region in the renovation of neighbourhoods whose investment in housing is deficient in order to participate in social housing policy.
