Acquisition and delivery of school supplies, educational materials and educational games, school books (textbooks, exercise sheets, master book ...) for school and out-of-school establishments in the town of Couëron.

With regard to lot 1, the term school supplies includes:

- writing articles: such as pencils of all types, highlighters, erasable markers or not, chalks,

- Writing media: such as notebooks of all types, notebooks, single or double copies, small table,

- coloring articles: such as colored pencils, markers,

- painting articles: such as gouache of all types, acrylic paint, drawing ink, fabric paint,

- paint accessories: such as brushes, brushes, aprons, combs, rollers, sponges, tampons,

- filing and archiving articles: such as binders, dividers, archive box,

- school print: such as the call register, school report card, notebook,

- stationery: such as labels, pencil sharpener, compass, rulers, squares, scissors, slates,

- fasteners: such as paper clips, thumbtacks, elastics, staplers, adhesive pastes, magnets, glue,

- office items: such as diaries, shirts, under shirts,

- table accessories: such as flat rulers, brushes, chalk compasses, rapporteurs,

- computer consumables: such as ink cartridges,

- A3 and A4 color paper.

The items listed below are excluded from this invitation to tender:

- white reprographic paper,

- large school boards educational material items of manual activities and creative hobbies such as makeup, sequins, beads, threads, sand, mosaic, raffia, scoubidous, objects to paint in wood, modeling clay, clay, stickers, modeling educational games such as puzzles, recess or construction games, board games, image, activity workshop.

The service provider undertakes to provide the books authorized by the Ministry of National Education, commonly found in the catalog of publishers and booksellers for the first level of schools in the town of Couëron. The offer must include, textbooks for pupils, student notebooks, files that can be photocopied, teachers' books. The incumbent must be able to respond to the demand in its greatest diversity. The incumbent undertakes to provide the book under the edition chosen by the teacher.
