The subject of the contract is a comprehensive lighting service for public places and roads in the city of Elbląg on a separate lighting network owned by the Municipality of the City of Elbląg, taking into account its modernization

The scope of the contract includes:

a) execution and connection of live external lighting on roads and squares of the City of Elbląg Municipality,

b) ensuring the supply of electricity together with its distribution,

c) maintenance and maintenance of lighting infrastructure,

d) reconstruction (modernization) of lighting to modern and energy-saving LED type

A detailed description of the scope of the contract is contained in point 1.4 of the Detailed Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex 2 to the draft contract constituting ANNEX NO. 3 to the SWZ.

The other requirements shall include a draft contract forming ANNEX NO 3 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that it does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3 point 3, items 1, 3-5, 7 of the announcement – submits the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that the Ordering Party may request from the Contractor (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2415).
